Frequantly Asked Questions
What made you write these new Maths songs?
‘After writing some Collective Worship songs with Maths links a few years ago, I was challenged to write again. What came out was a set of songs specifically written to support the Key Stage 1 and Foundation Stage Maths objectives. I trialed the songs in the Summer of 2001, there has been an overwhelmingly positive reception to the new material. That led to the full Number Fun Song Resource Pack being published in February 2003 and it’s sister resource, the Number Fun Activity Resource Pack being published in January 2004. In the following decade another 7 Song Resource Packs were published containing songs that support mathematical objectives from Foundation Stage through to Upper Key Stage 2 across all 10 domains of the National Curriculum. The 2016 repackaging brings the entire suite of 180+ songs to you in 10 new digital phased packs! I hope you find them a tremendous support in your teaching of Mathematics!’

Is Number Fun suitable for children with special needs?
Due to the musical, visual and interactive nature of the material, the songs have proved a real winner with special needs schools and their children. I continue to lead Number Fun days in Special Schools.
